WOW HOLIDAYS GROUP PVT LTD strictly follows the outlined terms & conditions. These conditions are formulated in order to operate tours satisfactorily and draw limit of our liabilities both for the travellers / clients and WOW HOLIDAYS GROUP PVT LTD . Please read these terms and conditions carefully and accept it before proceeding for the booking. Proper understanding of these outlined conditions helps to avoid any misunderstandings or complications in the arrangement as well as in the services.

Reservation/Booking :

All reservations of service have to be in writing. Immediate and instant bookings are dually on the availability of spaces and this arrangement can be done only after receiving 70% payment at the time of booking and the remaining part Payment has to be made immediately as on confirmation before the tour. The receipt of the initial payment ensures the arrangement of the tour programme but does not entitle any of the services such as Air ticket, Visa and Hotel accommodations until the full payment of tour has been received by WOW HOLIDAYS GROUP PVT LTD office.

Communication:

The communication directed at the address of the client as disclosed by WOW HOLIDAYS GROUP PVT LTD shall deem to have been communicated to the client. Travel agent through whom a client book and will act to relay information from the client by WOW HOLIDAYS GROUP PVT LTD and vice versa and our company confirmation reference number has to be mentioned in the service voucher for the respective services.

Remarks:

  • The rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.
  • Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
  • The confirmation is subjects to availability and prior payment.
  • Extra bed means Extra mattress.
  • Heater charges are extra.
  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • AC will not work in Hill Stations.
  • Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons (i.e. Independence Day, Holi, Diwali, New Year etc.)
  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
  • No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
  • Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.

All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Delhi Only.

Confirmation Policy

  • The Above package can be booked by paying token amount which is 25% of the total amount for booking.
  • The client has to complete 75% (25+50 %) of total amount within one month from the booking date.
  • The remaining 25% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges of 50% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 30 to 15 days from the date of arrival.
  • Cancellation charges of 75% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 15 to 7 days from the date of arrival.
  • Cancellation charges of 100% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled within week to the date of arrival.
  • If booking in cancelled 30 days before then per person communication service charges applicable per person 1500/- INR. Followed by cancellation policy.
  • No shows and early departures- 100% of the entire day.


Amendment {Postpone & Prepone Policy}

  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail.
  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo/ Cab/Bus and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
  • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first.
