By accepting our booking terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the refund policies described below.

1. Reservation and Booking

Bookings with WOW Holidays Group Pvt Ltd are strictly subject to written confirmation. Clients must confirm their bookings in writing, either through email or other formal channels, and pay a 70% advance payment at the time of booking. The remaining payment must be made before the confirmation of services, such as hotel accommodations, air tickets, visas, or transportation, can be issued.

Once payment has been made, your booking will be processed and confirmed based on availability. A confirmation voucher will be issued only after the full payment for the tour package has been received.

2. Cancellation Policy

In case a client decides to cancel the booking, the cancellation charges will be determined by the timeline within which the cancellation is made. The cancellation charges are structured as follows:

  • a) Cancellation 30 to 15 Days Before Departure: If the booking is canceled between 30 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be levied.
  • b) Cancellation 15 to 7 Days Before Departure: For cancellations made between 15 to 7 days prior to the departure date, a 75% cancellation fee applies.
  • c) Cancellation Within 7 Days Before Departure: If a client cancels their booking within 7 days of departure, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • d) Cancellations More Than 30 Days Before Departure: If the booking is canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled departure, a flat communication service charge of INR 1500 per person will be applicable.
  • e) No-Show and Early Departures: If the client does not show up on the scheduled departure date, or departs earlier than planned, they will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for the entire package.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed in accordance with the applicable cancellation charges as outlined above. Once the cancellation request is received and processed, WOW Holidays Group Pvt Ltd will initiate the refund, which may take between 15 to 30 working days, depending on the mode of payment and the specific terms set by third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).

Refunds will be made through the same payment method used by the client during the booking. In cases where a client has paid through a different method, or if the refund is to be processed to a third party, WOW Holidays Group Pvt Ltd will require the client to submit the necessary documents, including a valid bank account or payment method, for refund processing.

4. Refund Exceptions

There are certain scenarios in which refunds may not be applicable or may be subject to different terms and conditions. These exceptions are outlined below:

  • a) Services Rendered or Used: If any part of the travel package has been used or services have been rendered, the client will not be eligible for a refund for those specific services.
  • b) Force Majeure: WOW Holidays Group Pvt Ltd is not responsible for refunds in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, political unrest, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
  • c) No Refund for Missed Services: No refund will be given for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or other services due to factors such as bad weather, illness, or delays caused by the client.
  • d) Airline, Visa, and Third-Party Service Provider Refunds: For services provided by third parties, such as airlines, hotels, and visa services, the refund policies of these service providers will apply.

5. Amendment and Postponement (Prepone/Postpone Policy)

In the event that a client wishes to change the dates of their tour or modify any part of their booking, WOW Holidays Group Pvt Ltd has a clear policy in place for amendments and postponements.

  • a) Free of Charge for First Amendment: Clients can request to prepone or postpone their travel dates once without any additional charges, provided the request is made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled travel date.
  • b) Second Amendment: If the client wishes to make a second change, additional charges may apply.
  • c) Postpone/Prepone Charges by Service Providers: In some cases, service providers such as hotels, transporters, and others may charge additional fees for postponing or preponing bookings.
  • d) Transfer of Booking: Clients who wish to transfer their booking to another person (friend, family, or relative) are allowed to do so.
  • e) No Changes Within 15 Days: WOW Holidays Group Pvt Ltd does not accept any changes to the booking within 15 days of the scheduled travel date.

6. Refund Timeline

Refund requests will typically be processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of cancellation approval. The actual timeline for refund processing may vary based on the payment method, the service provider’s refund policies, and the complexity of the case.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method, and clients are advised to check their accounts for the processed amount.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes or disagreements regarding refunds, the matter will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of Delhi, India, as per the company’s terms and conditions.
